We are based in Fountain Valley , Huntington Beach and Cypress . However, our
service area covers most of Orange County . In the event an errand requires travel outside Orange County , mileage charges will apply. .

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

• Rates are generally by the hour. Exceptions may apply depending on the requirements of the task.
• Hourly rates do not include purchases or other costs necessary for completion
  of the task.
• Fees can be: 1) estimated and pre-paid or 2) collected upon completion of task.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

• First-time clients must pay in Cash.
• We accept Cash and Personal Checks. ( California financial institutions only)
• Checks should be made payable to the O.C. Timesavers consultant with whom you are working with.

• PayPal available for verified users only.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

• First-time clients will receive a 15% Discount

• From time-to-time we may offer special discounts to established clients

DO YOU OFFER SENIOR RATES?

• Special hourly rates may apply to seniors (65 yrs.+) depending on the service.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES/PACKAGE BUNDLES?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

As a courtesy, we would appreciate a 24 hour notice so that we may adjust our schedules accordingly. In the event that a cancellation occurs where we are NOT notified, a $15 fee may be charged.

NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS CHARGE?

For Non-Sufficient Funds, any bank fees will be charged to the client.

DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION?

We cannot transport people or pets due to liability issues.

DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES?

Yes! We can provide references of individuals we know either personally or through a business association.
